I have logs hidden because Radio.IO melted my brain. Some privacy in my online game world is appreciated.

I value parse data and will pour over every log given to me, however I know there's a huge lack of parse literacy in the community. I'd much rather do trial runs with prospects before taking their handful of good logs (over a mountain of middle-ground ones). I want to know how they play, how they adapt, and can they even adjust?

A parse is an easy entry-foot'n'door thing to ask for so people usually want to see what you're at least capable of. It isn't the full story, and any static leader worth their salt understands this. Not having logs to show isn't a big deal. PS4 and non-parse PC users are the majority, but people who outright refuse to log for their trial is a big red flag to me. How will you react to criticism? How does this translate to advice or strat adjustments? How will you take it when logs are discussed for the group?

There is no end to people who will log for you, and more often than not the process of joining a static will involve doing trial runs with them. People aren't robots. We're flexible, and just discussing your needs/concerns with the recruiter can be the first steps to seeing if you're all a good fit.
