No matter how much SE puts bans on ACT, there's nothing SE can really do to stop raiders using it, regardless of rules they will use it anyway. It's illegal for SE to spy on peoples PCs if they have ACT. If they come with a program to counter it, the community will come with a way to get around it, it's an endless and pointless battle.

It's there to help job optimising, player evaluating, and stops raid groups from wasting their time with traps and trolls. High/Top tier raid groups only seek players on their skill levels, or higher, they're not interested in random players wanting to raid, nor argue. Perform what they're looking for, or talk is over.
