I'd say report anyone that asked for parsed dps.
There is no grey area, once someone screws up using it to outline someones bad dps, they get banned. Just using it IS against the Terms. It doesn't matter what picture anyone here is painting, you shouldn't be using no parsers, and they fact statics can deny you entry to join them is their right, but not by taking into account what you parsed.
Ban them... In wow his in common place, happens all the time, normal. You do NOT want that to become normal here.
