Seemingly random DirextX crashes/unexpected errors since Endwalker launch

Im not the first one to post this, nor the last one if this just goes on - but i have now been investigating for a whole week because thats when the aforementioned errors started to become more and more frequent and i want to share my experiences here in hopes of literally any SE employee reading this.

I used to have the occasional crashes or DX errors in FF14 way before EW. They didnt happen often nor were they particularly annoying, but now i spent the whole last week hours on end to try and fix these errors - only to come to this forum and see that apparently i couldnt have done anything against them in the first place.

Here is a more or less complete list of everything ive tried and done in the past week:

    Clean install of Windows 10
    Clean install of Windows 11
    MemTest86
    SSD tests for possible failures
CPU stress tests (no errors even after hours)
GPU stress tests (no errors here either)
    Overclocking
    Underclocking
    Overvolting
    Undervolting
Reducing the power target of the GPU
Switching out the GPU and trying with another one
Making sure the PSU isnt faulty or limiting
Read through any forums that gave tips concerning my GPU or the game and its errors
And so on and so on....

I could probably expand the list, but ill leave it at that.

Ive been reading comments on this forum that people even contacted their GPU vendors and that the problem isnt even new to them - just that SE/the devs either ignore the problem or just decide to not do anything against it. The communication on the devs end through Yoshi-P is usually great, so why is there nothing being said about a problem that makes the game entirely unable to play for a huge amount of (even paying) players?

Im really asking for some form of acknowledgement at this point - talk to us and tell us you know the problems exist and that youre working on it. I want to play the game, but i cant and that really sucks for me and for you, SE.

Im sure that me and everyone else here is absolutely willing to share their specs, their experiences and everything else so you can fix it. There are enough forum posts already if you need any more data, just *do* it.
