Game Crashes and Internet Explorer Updates

It looks like Microsoft updated Internet Explorer and now there are compatibility issues between it and FFXIV. I've set it to use Internet Explorer to open webpages instead of opening with Edge but the game still crashes. Not sure what else I can do as there doesn't seem to be a way to change cookies. It looks like Microsoft wants to push everyone to using Edge. In the meantime, how do I get the updated version to play nicely with FFXIV?

We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.
