Just an idea, what would you all think about role actions that get trait upgraded for each job? Obviously not every single role action because some just work fine as is such as Lucid Dreaming over Peloton.
Some examples:
Low blow for Tanks
- Paladin- Upgrades to Shield Bash,has no cooldown (and is an ability instead of a weaponskill)
- Warrior- Upgrades to Shockwave and becomes a cone AoE
- Dark Knight- Upgrades to Dark Command, increases the duration from 5 to 8 seconds
- Gunbreaker- Upgrades to Velocity Rush, gaining 25y range and increasing movement speed for 6 seconds.
Bloodbath for MPDS
- Monk- upgrades to Detox, removing most harmful debuffs upon use and can be used while bound.
- Dragoon- upgrades to Spirit link, also healing a nearby party member.
- Ninja- upgrades to Syzygy, increasing the duration to 25 and healing for all damage dealth instead of physical
- Samurai- upgrades to Saisei, reducing the cooldown from 90 to 60 seconds
- Reaper- upgrades to Consumption, gaining a 150 potency shield on use
