not saying your solution isn't a good ask, but I can suggest that messing with the UI to take 4 different bars, hide the "unused" slots and put 3 slots above each cross would solve your problem.

You have, I think at least 4 horizontal bars (possibly 8?) to work with so I think with a little arranging and element resizing it'd be easy enough to achieve the effect you want.

Linear hotbars and cross hotbars are different bars with different uses and taking the time to program an option to make them look good together would be a poor dev investment. If you're just using a hotbar as a cooldown tracker and you need it to be pretty, you should find a way to make it pretty using the existing options.

Ten. Any of the linear hotbars can be configured to be horizontal or vertical, or wrapped into 2 to 6 rows.
