Minfilia...where is she??

I am a level 20 Gladiator now but I cannot find Minfilia. I have my linkshell message from Momodi telling me to meet her in "the wakin' sands" Where is that?

Thanks got that done and joined the group etc. now how long is the wait on the Linkshell message?

The linkshell message is merely a reminder, and is never necessary in order to start the next quest. If you know where to go to (usually The Waking Sands / Merchant's Ward) and what level it's unlocked, you can pick it up as soon as you meet the level requirement.

I think the first quest starts at 25 but I could be mistaken.
