    I get DCd at exactly 6pm CST everyday (update on this issue)

    This issue has been going on for about a month now I can play all day but at that time I lose connection to the server not my internet. After doing everything in my power to possibly find a fix on my end including reinstalling windows and the game as well as checking router settings dhcp and dns I finally ran a wireshark trace and on the reply back to SE servers at this time there was lots of packet loss and the time it took for the connection to reach thier server has gone from 0.4 seconds > 142 seconds. After this time I can log in as normal but hit that queue of 2k + people yay!
    After checking with both my ISP and SE multiple times I finally got a response on this issue.
    They basically finally after multiple times contacting them that this issue has been reported then more then just me and I got the following.


    Their response: Fabian 11:51:
    We do apologize for the inconvenience like mentioned before this appears to be an issue regarding congestion, there has been contacts about these issues in the past, I will forward this information to the right departments
    Thank you Fabian for finally giving me information that you guys are aware of the issue.

    So in short this issue is on Square Enix's End and you may want to look into using a VPN maybe even Exit lag ( might work not sure) to reroute you. I will be testing some vpn trials and such to hopefully just not have to deal with this annoyance.

    So if you are getting a similar issue its probably SE!

    Platform? (Steam/Windows/PS4/PS5/Mac etc.)
    Wired or wireless connection? If wireless, have you tried using a wired one for testing?:
    Internet Service Provider:
    Region/Location: (your actual region not in game)
    Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid?
    Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones?
    Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters?
