It's a Computer with relativ new Hardware 1050 GTX , intel I5 , SSD Harddrive
I'm using a Wifi connection around 105 MBs download and 50 MBs Upload
I'm not using any broadcasting software while playing only my Browser or Discord while having Steam open in the background but with all downloads disabled.
I'm always running into that issues in situations where a lot of players ( 40+ ) are using class abilitys ( Crafting , PVP , Hunttains etc) even with animations turned off
