Tbf, that'd require that more than a bare, shared minimum (i.e., without needing to manage and rearrange resources or CDs based on one's unique kit) be required for survival, moving the boss, and controlling the fight.

Like Kalaam says if a Tank dies you do 0 DPS.
But for that to be of interest, there has to be a significant risk of death (at least prior to good play).
