Uses theatrical English, not actual everyday old English.

I’m aware. Old English (and even Middle English) would be unrecognizable to any native English speaker nowadays that isn’t trained to read it. That said, I’d call it more archaic English rather than theatrical. “Ye Olde English speak” is more or less slang for archaic English words. Not literal Old English.
