Moonward Gear Deletes Tails from races with Tales. That is NOT okay.

1. Equip Moonward Tank, Melee DPS Gear
2. Tails disappear
3. This is unacceptable.

Tails should -not- be deleted for any reason. Its a race defining feature. If you want everyone to be Hyur, just say so and remove everything else from the game.

I do -not- want this to be a precedent going forward where tails are just lopped off because reasons. Its lazy. FIX IT.

Personally I'm using this armour because it hides my au ra tail. I love not having it clip through my cape! Please don't speak for all of us, YMMV.

If it only hid the tail behind the cape, it would be fine. Like, if the tail was tucked under the cape. But with this gear, you can't see the tail even from the front angle, because it's literally being deleted, not just covered up by the cape.

Staff has moved at least one of these "deleted tail" threads to 'Working as Intended'.

I take that to mean... well, that the deleted racial features are intended. That moves this complaint (not just OP's personally, but all versions of this complaint) into the realm of being a suggestion rather than a bug report.

If the end goal is to hide the tail then it's better this way then to create an entire system around "tucking" tails. This is an MMO, not a single player game. The level of difficulty (time consuming) to achieving this result is astronomically high for such a minor detail that 99.99% of the players will never notice. There are significant costs associated to doing this and I'm sure it's not just development concerns but server-side too. It's working as intended.
