Yup I can confirm that it works and when I got a hold of a rep it was a known issue in their internal ticker the change to fix the routing was done last night.I asked Square Enix, but all they said was to contact the ISP and let them know that the traffic was dropping at the Seattle GCI server (gci-communi.ear4.seattle1.level3.net [4.71.158.2]) And of course as I stated before, when I contacted GCI via chat session (phone calls take two hours to get a rep) they took my information and the chat session timed out. I tried again, got a new rep, they again took my information, acted like they were interested, asked me dumb questions about my cable modem (blinking lights, etc.) and I stated the obvious to them that I was chatting to them via the cable modem (duh). They then again said they were looking something up and the chat session timed out again. If you are able to get hold of GCI (I wish you the best of luck) and actually get hold of a higher level technician, you can let them know that Square Enix's traffic is dropping at the above hub. The SE technician also told me to make sure that traffic to these ports was not being blocked: ▼TCP 54992 through 54994, 55006 through 55007, 55021 through 55040
As as update: I was able to get on today, through my PS5, without switching networks so maybe someone did something to fix it? Not sure
Issue is seemingly resolved as of now
