Sound Stops Working Entirely

Same thing happened to me at Cuff of the Father, in game sound completely cut off in an instant, had to restart the game to get sound back, never had any audio issues before.

Such behavior has always been possible in this game, its rare and you might not see it occur again for 3 years.
