Endwalker and Resistance Weapons

Whats the deal? Is it dead again and start over some time in a future patch? Should I continue to get them or its just not worth it anymore?

Resistance Weapons at max (i535) get you about halfway through Endwalker before other weapons become stronger. They are Shadowbringers relics at this point, and the only real reason to complete them is for the glamour.

Relics from old content are 100% for glamour. Don't bother with them for stats, just get the poetics weapon, it'll be only sliiiightly worse and only in a way that matters for savage (and barely even then)

they are just glamor but they are still good weapons to level with till 90

Relic weapons (in Shadowbringers these are the Resistance weapons) are ALWAYS catch up weapons for people who don't do the raid. When the expansion MSQ ends (x.55 usually), they are BIS for the rest of the expansion. In the next expansion (Endwalker in this case) they are nothing but glamour pieces since they will never outclass new level cap gear.
