Answer to In-Game Support message: Sound Issues persisting

I recieved an In-Game Message regarding my previous bug report I assume, as I haven't sent any In-Game Tickets for this issue. If the issues persist the message askes me to reach out again.
I thought a Bug-Report would be appropriate and will inlcude the new questions asked in the message.

    Date & Time: 27.12.2021
    Frequency: Always
    World name: Diabolos
    Character name: Jizu Nhayarin
    Party or solo: Both

    Steps:
    1. Try DX9
As it's been already pointed out in this List of possibly helpful steps by Elliah-Seraheart
    https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...g-issue/page65
DX9 is very old and on my system it lowers my framerate and gives me frame tearing even with VSync. It does not fix the audio problems and I am unwilling to play like that even if it did.

    2. Does disconnecting or switching a controller make a difference?
    No.

    3. Speak with players in the Forum
I very much am since the Early Access dropped and they've been extremely helpful so far, but sadly no one has a fix yet. I will keep active in the Forum as much as I can.

The other steps suggested in the In-Game message:
My CPU isn't overloaded at any point during gameplay.
The issues persist with or without background programs running.
My Equalizer has always been set to Normal (aka Standart).
As stated in my last bug report, my listening Position is set to 100 already.
    My Graphics are on medium/low.
    Others effects/audio set to None.
    Amount of Characters/NPCs showing Minimal.

Things I've tried since my last Report:

    1. Everything mentioned in List of the post again by Elliah-Seraheart
    https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...g-issue/page65
    EXCEPT the spatial audio thing.
I thought it was a joke that I had to submit a "picture of my ear" and when it popped up after installing the program I thought "oh that's what they were referencing, funny."
But no. They really want me to send a picture of my ear?
Maybe I get that that's a optimization thing, but after what they did to the current FFXIV I don't want to send anything to them nor do I feel personally comfortable with that. This was supposed to be an optional service and I'm trying my best to help out fixing this issue by giving you any information I can as well as trying anything SE or Forum Members suggest but this is where I draw the line.

For keeping things in one place here is a copy past of my previous Bug report which has since then been moved into 'Duplicate Bug-Reports', but it includes my system data etc.

Intense Audio stuttering, popping, crackling since EA 6.0
    Date & Time: 23.12.2021
Frequency: Always. Since 03.12.2021, the 6.0 Update. Worsened after 6.01 patch.
    World name: Diabolos
    Character name: Jizu Nhayarin
    Party or solo: Both affected
    Steps:
    1. Log into the game
    2. First showing usually during loading screens the music tears
    3. Start combat or be in crowded area
    4. Increases in intensity and frequency when playing with other players/doing more intense actions than standing still in an instanced room

    Tried the following things:

    1. Updated every Driver and installed every Windows update available. No change.

    2. Verified the FF14 files through the Launcher. No change.

    3. Reduced my Audio Settings to 16bit, 44100 Hz. No change.
(This has been my setting since the 4th as the community found this to be a possible fix.)

    4. Ran the game in DX9. No change, but now it seems more laggy and I get screen tearing.

    5. Closed every background process. No change.

    6. Monitored CPU usage, no spikes before or during Sound issues. Never overworked.

    7. Changed the "Listening Position" to 100. Reduced the frequency of occurence.
(This has been my setting since the 4th as the community found this to be a possible fix.)

    8. Muted System Sounds In-Game. No change.

    9. Turned down other Players Sound. No change.
(This has been my setting since the 4th as the community found this to be a possible fix.)

    10. Reduced the amount of other Players Showing to minimal. No change.
(This has been my setting since the 4th as the community found this to be a possible fix.)

    11. Reduced graphics options severly. No change.
(This has been my setting since the 4th as the community found this to be a possible fix.)

    12. Muted and unmuted all sound in different scenarios. No change.

    13. Used every sound device available to me. No change.

    14. Avoided playing with other players in this MMO as much as possible.

These steps made the sound Issues reduce from 100% of the time to a possible 40% of the time, given I avoid other players. Which is kind of hard in an MMO.. Not to mention not fun.
    BUT
Since the 6.01 patch, all of these steps are useless. It's all the way back at 100%.
