2. Bulk craft selected number of items
3. HQ and Non-HQ crafts give the same EXP. In this case, 78% due to bonuses and food.

Experience gained from a craft is based on the amount of quality you gain during a craft, not on the end result being NQ or HQ. Quick synthesis doesn't affect quality gain, it just has a set percentage on if the item will be HQ or not.

No, you did not.
XP for crafting is based on how much you increase the quality, not on the result.
This was the same pre-EW.

This is indeed correct and the system is working as intended. Your exp bonus is based on your quality increase, not a set amount for HQ.

Pre-EW quick synth crafts did not give any Exp bonus for HQ.

Can confirm HQ Quick synth has not given bonus EXP as far back as Stormblood (From my old vods of crafting pots between raid pulls)
