    It has good range already. Are you talking about Dragonfire Dive? Because THAT one needs some more range.

    Ring of Talons, if I remember correctly, is like Blizzara and it is stationary where your character stand. It may cause you to perceive that its range is less than it is, because your character might be too far from the mob. Dragonfire Dive on the other hand is targeting AoE.
