Hold on a sec there mate... Who was whinning about positionals? All I said was they should go as they are arbitrary busy work and a relic of the past, also how they are a lazy fix to a bigger problem of class design. When I said these things I got attacked by gigachads, proclaiming they are gods because they can move left and right and press a button, and that I was just some lowly scrub because I didn't think that was rewarding. Not sure if you are still participating or not since you are clearly still here, but why would it be a bad thing if the job's performance were closer? I really dont get it, if you just want them not to listen because you are benefitting from current imbalance, its just a stupid idea, if they got better at balancing which is 10000% doable since all jobs are really similar design wise and there are no weird interactions like in wow with legendaries/trinkets/whatever, the game would just be better and there wouldnt be much need to have these discussions.

For what its worth i have read opinions similar to those echoed in these threads in these discords or elsewhere, i even sometimes read reaper loung on the balance discord andwhile there are people that think its balanced, there are also definitely people saying stuff like that arcane crest is overpowered especially because no other melee has something like it, and there are people that think its overtuned damage wise, and that's like the most rpr biased place i can think of, rightly so,nothing wrong with it.

What is so wrong about pointing out current imbalance you should dismiss the whole issue? genuinely dont get it

The moment someones argument is basically '' who cares '' they can tbh be outright dismissed.
They have absolutely nothing of value to add and are feigning disinterest and nonchalance.
A person that genuinely doesn't care doesn't engage, and acting like people aren't allowed to talk or care about things you personally don't reeks of some pretty extreme levels of narcissism.
Like you're not the center of the universe and we don't need your permission to talk or care about things.

There is no such thing as an objective opinion... That's an oxymoron. Opinions are by their very nature to be subjective.

Edit: Because I felt it necessary to point out. Informed opinions, those based in facts and knowledge, are the closest we can have to objective opinions, but unless you are bringing the numbers and facts to back up what your saying, it's hard to call any opinion objective.

Funny enough, no. I've not had jury duty, but as I pointed out in my Edit (which is just made, so no fault on you), informed opinions are the closest we get to being objective in our opinions. Being objective implies the lack of feelings or opinion, so hence why it seems oxymoronic.
