Should Dancer get Dance Partner earlier?

I know that we get the job at level 60, and that from there moving forward you have the skill. But when downsynced it (in my opinion) does make the class feel lacking in a sense. The big feature of the class (in my opinion again) is gone when doing base game and nearly all of heavensward content. Is there any reason it couldn’t be added to a lower level?

Dancer would benefit greatly from introducing many of its mechanics much earlier in a similar fashion to how the new MNK and SMN were structured. So much of its kit is backloaded and you're pretty much stuck just using your basic weaponskills and Standard Step with the occasional Feather only until all the way up to level 70 where only then do you start actually adding elements to your gameplay.

I've mentioned some of these things before, but a few examples:
    - Add in Sword Dance at level 30--a weaker Sabre Dance--introducing Esprit much sooner.
    - Lower Flourish down to level 50. Having lost two procs off Flourish, its effectiveness is quite literally halved until obtaining Fan Dance IV at level 86.
    - Speaking of Fan Dance IV, lower it down to level 72 (where Flourish used to be) to somewhat restore DNC's gameplay feel at level 80.

I feel like that would be a good start at just making DNC feel a little bit better at lower levels.

At least make Fan Dance II the same level as Fan Dance I so you can spend to single target or AoE. Feels bad using FD1 when there are a lot of targets.
