So, I had these errors as well, but I found a solution for mine that might work for you as well. It turns out that the Realtek Audio driver was causing confliction with FFXIV, So by switching out Realtek with the default Windows Audio driver, the crashes stopped for me.

Basically, open up your Device Manager

Open Sound, Video, and Game controllers

Right-click Realtek High Definition Audio

Click "Disable"

Right-Click it again, and choose Update

Choose Browse My Computer

The screen will say the driver is up to date, but you'll want to choose "Let me pick from a list"

Choose High Definition Audio Device and hit Next. (You'll get a warning about compatibility, but just hit Yes)

From there, try launching FFXIV again and see if it works.
