Seems like no one cares about the lag

I've been getting really bad lag and rubberbanding the past 2 days. I have no issues in the other games I play just FFXIV. Just now I was trying to do this black mage quest and I've been casting fireball for the past 10 minutes now at the same mob. Kinda sucks.

The game server's losing packet again RIGHT NOW (while I'm in raid instance and seven had to suffer the consequence), AND I have no problem with other games, streams or websites.

Thank you SE for this GREAT experience, 12.99 per month well spent for something so unstable just whenever it feels like.

Oh and please stop using Producer or Community Lead as your "shield" for such thing, it's not going to help.

just played the level 90 synced EW dungeon... it's not lag or anything but i think it's packet loss... I don't know why but it happens for 2 days.

The game has been completely unplayable the past few days. Once again, it is that one NTT hop in California. The rubberbanding is so severe I can't do anything. The game just pauses for 10, 20, even 30 seconds at a time, and that happens every few seconds.

this server lag in Brynhildr is so bloody frustrating... Getting upwards to one minute lag spikes while in dungeons and just lousing about different areas... I had a better experience waiting in queue for 4000+ people then when they limited the amount of people coming into the servers. Only happens in ff14, all other games are fine.

Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters or during a specific time or in a specific zone in the game? Please clarify. (during peak hours after 7pm, and sometimes evenings (2-5pm) on the weekends, time mentioned is in GMT+8)

More info: It been happening since 25th December (the day that submarine cable fault is reported), my ISP did log the submarine cable issue and eventually was resolved after 2 weeks, but the lagging and ping spikes during peak hours issue still persisted till today. Its making progging in Savage not possible during the weekdays.
