    Platform? (Steam/Windows/PS4/PS5/Mac etc.)
    Have you tried using a wired or wireless connection?
    Internet Service Provider:
    Region/Location: (your actual region not in game)
    Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid?
    Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones?
    Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters or during a specific time or in a specific zone in the game? Please clarify.

    I don't know what you guys did, but the problem is 90%-resolved, my ping is still 200-ish (previously stable at 80-ish), but there is no more RTO, so I can play again
    duty roulette, instance, quest can progress normally although my sixth-sense in dodging have to be improved due to latency increase

    Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters or during a specific time or in a specific zone in the game? - Only during Peak timings. 6:30pm to 10:30 pm (Singapore time, GMT+8)
    Server your characters are on: Tonberry

    I know some of my Fc member bypasses the lag issues by using VPNs

    Start begin holiday connection showing: Poor
    Can't play dungeons at all even squaredon with AI still having spikes now my MSQ stuck because lag dungeon, Special in night time completely unplayable even in Gold saucer mini game too.

    Hey, Same situation here.

    Platform: Steam
    Have you tried using a wired or wireless connection? I am always on wired and no issue with other games
    Internet Service Provider:You wouldnt know, M1 in Singapore
    Region/Location: Singapore / Singapore
    Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid: Wired connection.
    Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution: Windows Defender, nothing else.
    Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters or during a specific time or in a specific zone in the game: Character in Kujata, Happens every night starts Singapore time 9PM to 11PM, no issues in the afternoon or morning.
    Server your characters are on: Elemental, Kujata

    please help, 3rd day already.

    I haven't experienced lag at all, nor have I ever been disconnected from the game outside the electricity cutting off once. I have experienced swiftcast + raise not working twice yesterday but this has always been a thing since the dawn of time. Here is my info in case it is helpful.

    PC Platform (Not steam)
    Gigabit internet (Actual fiber, not coax) 1,000/500mbps | USA, ATT | Wifi 6 connection
    Firewall - multi-layered
    No VPN

    still experiencing lag everyday since the game came out. Happens more often in the evening and a little in the morning and afternoon. This never happened before Endwalker, what gives?
