I made a post about this as well. It's way less than we used to have. I'm not sure if it's by design or an oversight. I personally only bother with running them if I need tomes nowadays. Don't find it worthwhile to run them for leveling.

Mr. Happy put a video out of this like less than a day ago. They were buffed with 6.01, i think they are fine. Ya'll are wanting too much for too little work.
Starting with basically no exp at 89 MCH yesterday, I did one Alliance roulette, and one leveling roulette, and got my entire level. Compared to what I got on Wednesday for doing it at 82~83, it's way more exp at the far end of the 80s for some reason.
On topic, regular Endwalker dungeons have definitely been buffed. It was taking me two days to get a Job to 90 by dungeon bashing before the patch, and now it takes me one day.

All of them give good amount, but certain dungeons do nerf it a bit if you're unlucky.
Guildhests are still worthless.
Are you comparing the rewards to what you got at 79 and below?
Quite a few sources of pre-level 80 XP got doubled with the release of Endwalker.

not sure have it been buff or nerf, but at EW launch the exp does seem to be lower.
Especially obvious in MSQ, running Praetorium give me roughly only 40% on level 80
Trial, 50/60/70/80 Dungeon and Normal raid give about similar amount of doing 3 ShB Beast tribe
but EW dungeon seem to give more EXP, about 5 runs in each leveling dungeon will get me to next leveling dungeon without any rest bonus

I'm leveling stuff at a reasonable pace using the daily roulettes ... I think they've adjusted post 80 leveling not to be as fast.
I've gotten 2 jobs to 90, one to 89 and am on a 4th progressing nicely.
I'm just of the opinion that rewarding DF spamming is probably not a priority.
Was hoping to have more of a discussion about the lack of exp given by roulettes now, shouldnt it be concerning? I understand /how/ to level 81-90 efficiently. My shock is that it's so underwhelming they're not worth running, which from what I understood I thought roulettes were the lifeblood of DF, keeping content alive and filled for new players.
Once you make DR one of the primarily efficient methods, you'll get people getting mad at sprouts for not running them efficiently (which already happens to a degree). I think restricting it to one run per person per day for "optimal" xp it'll keep it less of an elitist minefield.
Just from your question of is it "worth" it I'm thinking you probably lean towards optimal grinding.. which isn't something I'd encourage attaching to dungeon runs or reinforcing as a driving force. There's plenty of people to draw from to keep old dungeons popping even if they only do it once a day, it isn't going to kill old content if people aren't constantly spamming stuff over and over.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?

Well i do trust so i can also lvl up the scion along, i need to do stuff solo to get loot without competing with other player anyway
I just do leveling, trials, alliance raids and frontline roulettes, the other ones are an absolute joke and have been for a long while.
There's absolutely no point in running, say, normal raids (less exp than a FATE? hello?) or 50/60/70/80 dungeons.
I'd argue that even trial is not worth it.
