I was able to solo all the HW extremes for my fire bird and me and one friend 2 manned a4s and a12s for the mounts.

Sephirot EX is likely not possible, due to the color mechanic of part 2. If you get green, the towers will kill you. If you get orange, you'll need an immunity. You will also get at least a damage down regardless because of the towers.

After that, there's more towers to worry about which will make the damage downs even worse.
