    The level 90 quest title "Road Paved (?) Sacrifice" contains some odd characters on my WinX Pro PC. Is this intentional?

    Yes this is normal, don't worry! It was the same thing for me; It's not a bug for the quest title to look like that for reasons I will not say. Because spoiler reasons.
