The problem there is that other than Deep Dungeons every path to leveling classes beyond the first one is painfully slow and for what... At this point story is done, and it's just grinding.

Levels as a concept are kind of pointless. But people still cling to them, and then go out and seek ways to speed past them. It's a constant tension there - and it reveals that fiction that the game is not a grindfest. It is. Once you do the MSQ and get your first class to max level - you're stuck grinding pointless content that has no story just to get other classes caught up to where you already are.

A problem most MMOs share.

I'd personally say we need to either do away with levels - content still unlocking as normal by doing the MSQ, but once there that's it. Or... we should actually be boosting the XP of FATES, Deep Dungeons, and Bozja by a factor of 5 to 10 for classes lower in level than you top leveled by class. And of those FATES should be paced to spawn at a rate that always makes them the fastest method of the three.
