Game Code is invalid?

So today was Gifted for xmas a Digital Standard Endwalker Code through Amazon, and when I attempted to redeem the Game Code I've gotten "This code is Invalid", I'm made to type the code exactly as given to me by Amazon, and still same issue. The purchase was made today, so i don't know how there would be an issue.

Anyone else having similar issues, and if so how do I try to address this?

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID. This thread will be moved to ‘Support Center Ticket Created’.
