Congestion and savage raid timing

I'm concerned about the upcoming Savage raid tier and how the server congestion will affect raiding as a whole.

As it stands, random disconnects are happening more often and if it's in the peak times, then raid member will likely not be able to log back in during raid hours, meaning raid day is done.

On top of that, people have work and they can't babysit a queue at work so realistically they would be only able to log in when they get home which are typically during peak times.

Not everyone has perfect internet (NA ISPs are very hit-or-miss). I'm not saying they need to immediately fix this as they stated they can't, but it will be spul-crushing knowing that you d/ced and essentially cancelled raid night.

If you're not able to work around offpeak times, then it's probably a good idea to consider not rushing it out in the first week.
2-3 weeks in and it'll be back to normal.

The "gotta go fast and beat it first!" raiders will be in as soon as the servers are up, which should be during off-peak hours.

And if you're not one of those raiders, why be concerned that you won't be able to rush?

People that don't rush still enjoy raiding, because its been a while now.
And lots of people are still in a static and don't want to let their team down :/

Tbf your static is all gonna be in the same position so you won't be letting them down. If their decent human beings, they will understand and will also be dealing with the same issues
