Update: 01/07
It's been 10 days since I underclocked my GPU. I have not had the black screen ever since. Ultimately, I only have to do this with FF14. So something is wrong with FF14, but who knows what it is. In any case my problem is technically solved. For anyone else who is having similar problems perhaps underclocking will solve it. Good luck

Hello,
Starting around the 15th, at completely random times with nothing in common, my both of my monitors will turn black as if they lost the display signal from the GPU. However, I can still hear the game. I can also still interact using my keyboard/mouse because I can hear the sound effects when doing so. No matter if i turn my monitor off and back on, swap the ports at the back of my GPU, the issue doesn't resolve itself. Only hard rebooting "fixes" the issue, except it just happens again. Sometimes within 5 minutes of a reboot, and sometimes after many hours of playing. But always FF14.
The Windows event log is not showing anything unusual. At the time of each incident, the only thing recorded is my hard reboot showing that my PC wasn't shut off properly. The Windows Reliability Monitor shows that "Desktop Window Manager" stopped working. Since that should be graphics related, checked my temps and logged them during playtime and they are within a normal value. I was one driver version away from the latest so I updated and it still had issues. I went back farther than what I was originally on by doing a DDU and there were still crashes.
I have never had an issue with FF14 until recently and these issues aren't appearing in other games so I am very confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
