The Bizarre Lack of Development and Pathos Concerning Zenos [6.0 Spoilers]

Zenos said "I need burn through the candle of my life" but there is more to it, when we say "That I cannot deny!, our WoL starts to grin.
After we wake up on the Ship and get on our Feets to see what is going on "outside" our WoL grins again. Why do we do that? And why got Zenos named "Zenos viator Galvus" ? Viator means traveler. Yoshi could not talk about Zenos, about how he became a Reaper and Zenos said by that Dinner we had, Strengh comes not from the Body, it comes from the Soul. So has someone ever asked, why Zenos got that new Name and where is he traveling or how he is traveling? What if he is now a part of the WoL? What if he travels with us or travels in our Body?

Sure, but what if we don't say "That I cannot deny!" For the record, I do think we'll see Zenos come back in some form even though I detest him as a character and don't think he's had any purpose in the story for years, but basing a theory on a reaction to an optional line of dialogue maybe isn't the most solid base.

I doubt seriously Zenos will return, but it seems pretty likely that voidsent of his is going to be a problem.

Yoshi P not so subtly suggesting that the thing might be our shard from the 13th would certainly give it a tangible reason to continue being a nuisance, considering how doggedly persistent we've seen voidsent can be once they've focused on prey and moreso if it was able to sense the connection it could have to us.

Considering that we by tradition have a trial related to the MSQ, I could see it serving as such after it manages to cross over into the Source proper.

I wonder if further soul mergers are off the table cause dYnAmIs. Otherwise, it seems like it'd be in the best interest of both the WoL and their voidsent/13th shard to rejoin.

I think it would probably be more of an is our soul shard alive, (on the reflections and if we would really even consider it done since no real reason anyway as of now that is.) if so how would we know it.
Second would we be willing to kill them or let someone kill them if we knew or even the writing team for that matter..
And lastly if the shard is dead is it already in the life stream or wandering the world like Ardbert did... the 13th if it is really the Reaper voidsent of our shard may be interesting to see how that would play out exactly...

Considering how picky Zenos was about his weapon of choice, it wouldn't have surprised me if he was equally selective about his choice of avatar and if Fandaniel somehow afforded him the opportunity to gaze into the void or even enter it proper in search of one, he'd have doubtless found a voidsent with a soul highly reminiscent of his only "friend" particularly appealing.

He's called "viator" because that's the Garlean title for exiles.
