Try sending an email about this. I had the same issue, mentioned it in my 2nd report about their busted audio (You mess up my audio and don't even give me the promised compensation?!), and the next day they sent a copy paste reply about the free 7 days. Was really aggravated, but when I checked the day after THAT, I had suddenly recieved my 14 days. Whether it was because of the rage-filled email or the system just finally got around to it, I'm unsure. Would like to think my complaining did something though.
I was running off the free 7 days provided before, so you didn't need a paying sub to recieve it as far as I can tell. Too bad the time does nothing for me until they fix the audio they broke, but c'iest la vie.
