Where's the Unlock for Night's Watch in Thavnir

So I Googled this days ago when I discovered the final 'current' needed for flying in on that island, I found a single post somewhere which said "play the MSQ".

Well I have, I'm about to embark on the final journey and I still can't get to that island.

What am I missing here?

Pretty sure that aether current is not on Night's watch itself but in the water very close to it, if i remember right.

You're right, it is, and I'd tried looking there before .. BUT .. I was convinced it was on the island so I tried going up the water next to the island, I didn't try the small river running into the village, which is how you access the current.

Thanks a bunch for posting that info, I must be more thorough next time.
