Coils had "variety" but there were complaints about that structure from raiders so it was shifted in 3.0. What makes savage engaging are the mechanics, not a new gimmicky set piece. The battle system in FFXIV is deep and the "simple" Square/Circle design allows that system to shine. Some players want to push their knowledge of their kits to the max, not press some random button only available in one fight for one purpose. Thats what the MSQ is for.

More casual content, like EX trials, normal modes, end game dungeons, and alliance raids, those all have elements beyond a "square" or "circle" boss stage and that is likely where this "spice of life" of yours will remain.
- Jobs have been dumbed down so much that it takes zero effort to "push their knowledge of their kits to max" on like 80% of the jobs.
- I truly don't care that much about square or circle boss arenas. The examples that I've listed of Titan or Halicarnassus are both square arenas. The fact that you've fixated on this irrelevant point shows you have no understanding of what makes a raid tier memorable.
- Why do I need to express that I'm successful? What? What does that have to do with Savage lacking creativity? My static is halfway through P3S in 5 hours of progression. That should be enough to convince anyone who knows what they're talking about that I know what I'm talking about. I don't care to dredge up a laundry list of my clears.
