Importance of INT and PIE

Once Upon A Time, I asked an ancient magician about which stats I should learn while am trying to be a great magician to rule the world. Without thinking, he told me :
Int : 400 300 200 100 0
Pie : 300 300 300 300 300

IMHO, when you fight easy mobs, INT do the best. When you fight Red~Yellow mobs, PIE is your key to success.
