    Participating in the NM FATE "Omicron Recall: Killing Order" and killing the boss "Chi" you will receive a number of Chi Bolts as a reward, depending on your FATE score (Gold rating = 6 bolts).
    This is a NM aka World Boss level FATE, so you need to have many full parties at L90 to kill it.
    For 12 of these bolts, you can buy the mount item Level Checker Identification Key from Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han.
