question about tranferring to the eu server

Hi I play on Ridil at the moment but just came back after a long break from the game.

I did not play during the server transfer period and I am an EU player living in the UK.
Is there anyway to get a transfer to that server? I'm lvl 50 and am very willing to help the newbies so is it possible to get transferred?

Please can a dev reply?

It isn't currently possible to change servers but it will be in the future (maybe even before the release of 2.0). That being said, as far as I know, there are EU players and linkshells on all servers (and there are NA and JP players on Ragnarok). Most EU players didn't move to Ragnarok, and from what I've read, most EU players there seem to be either French or German.

He says the devs would like to propose another transfer opportunity during or slightly after the Welcome back campaign but there is nothing decided yet.

Not my personal experience, just what I've read from Ragnarok forums.

Edit: I'm not saying there's anything wrong with Ragnarok and I haven't played there myself so I can't really tell anything about it. I'm just saying there are plenty of EU players on other servers too and you don't have to move there just because you live in EU.

You can ask the Support for a late Transfer still if you're stuck on a server you didn't want to be on.
Some Friends of mine had the same problem and were able to do a late transfer.
It's possible it might take up to a month tho.
Guess this only Works on some Servers considering not all of them are full

Ragnarok is Full of EU players, more than other servers, i checked it looking how much online players are after Japanese people go bed. Ragnarok have more than 800, other servers between 500 and 800.

Of course, before 16:00 GMT (0:00 Japan Time) other servers have like 1400 or more, and ragnarok have low population. But that is what a EU server means.

PD: try to ask for a transfer to a GM in game. A month ago you could do it

I'm only goofing off. Can't blame you for trying to help!

Fact is Enix didn't really advertise Ragnarok very well. They stated it was for German and French people when it should have been described as a European server.
Going there was a huge risk for me and all I could do was hope other English players would do the same.

Fortunately they have and I'm having the best time I've had in game since release right now due to the community I've built around myself!

Ragnarok has a lot of EU people but there are JP, NA and SA too .
