Just wanted to give a heads up on the stacking of skills such as byregots blessing and magnum opus among others. It is possible to see +400quality in a single action if you stack skills and get lucky. Took me a while to figure this out but just a heads up, it really has helped me with lower lvl synths.

Well to be fair, the guide didn't explicitly state you can stack abilities.

I didnt know you could stack abilities :O

Ive tried a couple patches ago and saw I couldn't so i figured that never got changed

Could always stack 3 turn and 1 turn abilities. Never changed since game was first released and is much of what is fun in crafting.

There was more variety when you can use 10 abilities. The current system isn't bad but it is a different sort of fun.

My record on Byregot's Magnus was 430 quality though 400+ happens pretty rarely and even then only on low recipes.

To be more clear I did a Byregots> magnum = 376 quality followed by a "Heart and Soul" (still having byregots up) and got the 225 quality. This 3 step combo is enough to HQ just about anything (even with NQ mats) if you get lucky and get a great success on the 2 steps.

that's my guide, any skills where you open both arms can stack with any skills where you raise your hand, but they can stack with each other

The way I HQ is HQing r53 and r59 synths so its been better to get +50% for 3 turns + 100% 3 turns and +200% unstable then stacking for a change to get 150-200 in one shot.

Make it simple:
1 turn + 1 turn = NOT OK
1 turn + 3 turn or 3 turn + 1 turn = OK
3 turn + 3 turn = NOT OK
