Regarding XP rewards; any trial or normal/alliance raid boss should give XP equivalent to the final boss of the dungeon at the character's current job level. For example, if I'm on my lvl 88 BRD and get LotA, each boss in there should give me XP equivalent to killing the last boss of the level 88 dungeon.
no. none of the bosses in crystal tower are even trash mob worthy. They should not make them more desirable than they currently are. The only way i would agree to such nonsense is if they retuned those trash pits so you actually see the mechanics again.
