    Fix the audio issues already. Stop blaming users.

    Pre Endwalker the audio for the game worked flawlessly. For like 6 years. With the update a multitude of audio errors are being reported and the only formal response was that it was being looked into and maybe we should lower our sound settings.

    Constant stuttering, popping, crackling when just trying to do the MSQ, let alone group content is ridiculous.

    The only solution is to disable Ambient Sounds. This doesn't even address the multitude of other sound related errors being reported.

    Hundreds of posts from users having the same issues but nothing is being done about it. The spatial audio option that requires a THIRD PARTY system you have to pay for is not a fix. It doesn't even work. Who thought that was a good idea? Fire them. Then fire them again.

    Something is wrong with there audio. Other day only game music would play with on other sounds like combat, skills, or mounts music playing.

    I've been having this problem since the release of the endwalker and what makes me more disappointed is they throwing the blame on the hardware of the players in the same way that they threw the blame on our connection in relation to the error 2002 and then someone proved that it was a bug in the engine itself that they had no knowledge of.

    1) they need the information of what works and what doesn't.
    2) they need the system information that only a few people have given them.
    3) they are trying to give you an alternative in the meantime while they investigate it.
    4) this is not a 100% problem, the worst i've had since 6.0 dropped is the "ECHO" of scenes in big indoor spaces, otherwise I'm having no issues with sound other than the occasional system sound drop that takes all game sound away till restart. that has been happening since before 6.0.

    What you are calling solutions is actually temp fixes while they work on the problem. why are you yelling at the people who are having to work on SEVERAL issues at once and expecting them to give you a fix the next minute (how I felt your post is going not what you said).

    There is nearly 50 pages worth of information of PC specs, fixes that didin't work and fixes that did reduce the problem on the main thread alone, not mention sereval other threads. And that's not even including many people are sending bug reports ingame.

    And yes, this is a 100% problem for many people. Might not be your case, but the sound glitch completely turns the game unplayable unless you don't mind ruining the experience by muting.

    The temporary fix they suggested two days ago has already been tried and proven to not work two weeks ago.

    I completely understand they have several issues to fix, but they are very quiet about this particular one, even though there is a group of people completely unable to play the game they paid for. This particular issue should be their top priority. I also understand being angry solves nothing, but being on a similar position I completely understand OP.

    We're not asking for them to fix it today, but a simple "we're aware of this issue, and working on a fix" would suffice.

    Edit: The problem you're describing seems slightly different from what we're experiencing, This is what the game is sounding to us since 6.0 hit, and that's a mild case.

    I know what i described was not what you're talking about and even said so, including saying it was happening before 6.0. if we have 2 people having the problem and 1 person not, then the issue is not affecting 100% of the people playing the game and that is what I talked about, you however decided I did not talk about the player base but made it about your experience making it 100% an issue for you and that is fair as well but if they have to deal with something affecting more than 50 or 75 or even 90% of the players they will have decided to take that over something affecting less as their primary fix. Now I am not saying no one is working the problem as they have talked about trying some things already with the 6.01 patch where someone STARTED having the issue only with the 6.01 patch. But everyone of those threads (yes I have seen them and even said some have given the specs and everything and never said that no one has) and they HAVE said they acknowledge the issue and are working for it, here try X, y and Z maybe this will help but the fix is not here yet. even you acknowledged that they have acknowledged the issue.

    I will say though the sound issue has been handled by many much better than the queue issue, at least many more than the queue issues by providing the information. I also even said the op sounded like that they wanted it fixed now, and that is a personal observation and not me saying anything but how I perceived it which means others can do so as well.

    For me the current audio glitching is ambient effects . When i mount up and fly the ambient sounds get this additional glitching going on, you can hear what sounds like a radio just outside of a transmission bandwidth catching blips of audio

    I tested the audio sliders separately , only the ambient slider causes this when mounted ( all of just ambient on)

    its sound very similar like the audio effects for Akendemia Anyder dungeon when you start the dungeon you can hear a radio trying to tune into radio stations blipping catching milliseconds of audio



    EDIT: Found the issue causing the audio stutter . A third party sound clash was causing the games audio streaming to be disabled/glitch

    Please tell us what the third party sound/tool was! You're the only person I've seen with the exact same issue as me who has been able to fix it. Even if you can just say what TYPE of third party program it is so that I can investigate my own PC for anything similar.
