Clarifications about Data Center Visit

Just a few questions

1. Is there any rough idea of what patch is going to introduce it?

2. When will world Data Center travel be coming? I know they plan to only make it regional at first (US/EU/JP only at first)

They haven't shared any new information since the delay was announced earlier in the year.

I imagine their focus right now is the current congestion problem.

I suspect they'll add it back with the addition of Oceania with 6.1 although the date hasn't really been officially announced to my knowledge, They'll need it then for sure assuming it's not delayed further.

This is correct to the best of my knowledge. They have not stated a DC visit implementation date in any PLL or announcement since it was pushed back.

the addition of Oceania with 6.1

The most recent PLL said Materia DC (Oceania) was coming "in February" but didn't actually specify that it would coincide with 6.1. This would probably still be at least a couple months before 6.1, as February would only be two months since 6.0.
