Character customization and glamour suggestions

Greetings

I'm a returning FFXIV player, I dropped the game back in 2014 and decided to give it a second chance last august. So far I'm liking the game a lot !! more than I expected and it's completely different from what I experienced back then. But... There are some stuff that the game needs so bad and these are as follow :

1.face, nose, eyes changing available in aesthetician instead of
using fantasia (I don't mind the use of fantasia for race/gender changing).

2.capes yes equipable capes that we can equip in the necklace accessory slot without being attached to a an ugly looking body armor piece.

1 - Agreed, but IIRC the devs talked about this a while ago and how it would be impossible without a complete rework of the character creation system.

2 - I'd guess the lack of capes is related to clipping issues. Capes are a clipping nightmare, especially for tailed races, to the point where it's probably just not worth the time it'd take for the art team to get it right.
