    Striking Dummies for Garlemald.

    I would very much like to have some striking dummies in Garlemald either near Camp broken glass or the Tertium. i think it would be incredibly fitting for there to be some and strange that there is none in such a militant place.

    Camp Broken Glass would be the more logical place. It's reasonable that an army would have a place set aside for training drills to keep their soldiers sharp during downtime. Tertium is a train station, there's not much reason for training dummies there (and also plenty of hostile mobs around already).
