I have 5 max free hour per day to play this game ihave pay for it and mostly i stack in Q to wait if any free FREE!!!! with no monay acc log off or crash to take the place and ofc dont crash my self when i still waiting in Q.I dont care Kick the free acc or merge them to another server all of them right now! keep and kiss the free play when the pay to play users like me waiting in Q to play the game when we have pay for it every month.

Tried switching to Omega at the login character screen? I had a queue of 26 people just an hour ago, and I usually have 2,000 otherwise.

Free Trial players cannot play at all right now. You're getting upset at the wrong players, the only people only able to play at the moment are paying players. The dev team has already made a statement that if you want to have a reasonable queue time, play after midnight or early morning until mid-noon. Noon is when everyone logs into the game on NA, and mostly likely you're trying to log in during peak game time. If you cannot do that, you just have to bear with it until the hype for the expansion and the new raids dies down.

Edit; Also for EU players, you guys are unfortunately swamped considering you have no new servers coming anytime soon. Again, try aligning your time outside of peak times, if you cannot do that, either bear with it or you might have to consider canceling your sub and come back when the majority of players are not flooding the queues.

You got 21 free days. Also, have you tried logging remotely with TeamViewer?

As annoying as queues are, daily new threads about it won't materialize new servers from nothingness nor will they decrease the amount of players. They did several statements on the topic by now, and the earliest we're getting any roadmap concerning new servers is end of January.

Also, free trial players cannot log in when there's congestion anyway. All the people you're seeing in queues are paying the same sub as you.

It's also worth noting that the community reps have said that they tend to notice the big, active threads (and will point the devs at those). For anything they can fix, it is actually more likely to get noticed/seen by the devs if people keep things to one ginormous thread, rather than posting a ton of little 2-3 page threads.

Hello and thank you for that info but but icant cancel my sub the 56 day are not going back they still run and yes this is my first post ever in only game ever it was angry that post yes it was,so if i cant play this game any other time in day i need stop playing or try to login?i have played this game over aan year and my acc is fom 17 iam old player? no iam not.

Use parsec. Its way better as it basically streams your pc instead of directly remoting into it.
