Anyone know if they are offering a refund on game sub and endwalker for these login issues? My play time makes it so I can only really play on prime time so I normally have a 2-3 hour que then when I get in I'm about ready to go to bed. Or even allowing a free transfer to a lower population server?

Try using remote access on your PC like Windows Remote Desktop or Teamviewer. Use it to queue early from your office or phone. You can try PS remote play as well. Combination of PS remote play with PC remote access may work.

They also fixed 2002 issues. You don't need to watch your queue more often.
