What color is the exp bar for max rest bonus ?

You don't need it.

There is 0 indication that you are "Fully rested" and wasting time spent in the inn. All they have told us that it would take a full week of inactivity in the Inn to get us to full bonus.

Red = You have more than your current level of SP in rested exp.

Green = You have the indicated ammount of rested exp.
