Everything you mentioned could be learned after the fact. If someone wants to learn they will take the time to learn if not they will not. MSQ being forced on them does not change any of this.
It's not about the MSQ being forced on them. My entire point was that the current "skip" system allows a small buffer of levels, in the form of the current expansion content, to give them the opportunity to learn.

I stated that some people would learn fast. Most probably wouldn't. At the very least, this buffer at least ensures they aren't being instantly thrown into current endgame dungeons, trials and expert roulette. If by the time they get there and still don't learn, that's on them. But the buffer existing gives the players who want to learn, an opportunity to, outside of the level capped environment of a job.
