I mean sure, but you also lose all your OTHER spell effects if you do that. Can't limit just one (legally, anyway)

Or... you can also use /petsize all small
Sure it's not as cool seeing smaller summons but that will still let you see everything going on

Either that, or choose which ones you want to be smaller
