Benediction not going off and timers not working after patch 1.22a

Hi,
Basically the like the title says, was doing Aurum Veil as a WHM and my Benediction wouldn't proc on 2 different occasions even though the ability appeared to be available. I am positive the timer was ready the first time it wouldn't proc, but the second time I am unsure whether it was an improper timer issue (meaning my 15 mins hadn't passed but the skill appeared as ready to use in my action bar) or whether Benediction itself is broken. I was attempting to use Benediction directly from my action bar so I know it wasn't a broken macro issue. Please look into it. -KK

Gamepad user (however I was NOT using a macro, I use the action bar)

I don't know if any other system info is actually relevant

Its listed under known issues in patch .22a why they decided to release that patch with something as annoying as this in it I have no idea.
